Combining the convenience of e-commerce with the engagement of user-generated content (UGC), Flip allows creators to monetize their content while promoting products they genuinely love. To enhance engagement and drive growth, Flip partnered with Hiller Media Group (HMG) to strategize and execute current programs alongside the launch of their new Clips feature. The Challenge
With the launch of the Clips feature, Flip needed to quickly onboard a diverse group of creators and produce a high volume of engaging content across multiple categories, including beauty, fashion, and cooking. The goal was to build awareness and excitement for Clips, showcase real product experiences, and promote the platform’s monetization opportunities for creators while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Our Solution
After curating an initial roster of 200+ creators, Hiller Media Group (HMG) quickly onboarded 40+ priority creators across beauty, fashion, and cooking categories. The HMG team walked all creators through the process with clear guidelines on producing engaging content with the new Clips feature, ensuring the content aligned with Flip’s brand goals while capturing the platform's essence.
Through this collaboration, over 125 unique posts were created, generating 400K+ impressions on the Flip platform. These posts integrated seamlessly into creators’ everyday lifestyles, ensuring each video was compelling from the start and resonated with a wide audience.
Leveraging the top-performing creators, HMG spearheaded an influencer campaign that amplified the Flip creator experience across additional social channels. This cross-promotion helped to further highlight Flip’s unique value proposition: a platform offering monetization opportunities while providing a smooth, engaging experience for both creators and users.
