HMG partnered with Amazon to boost brand visibility and customer engagement through a robust user-generated content (UGC) campaign. Initially focused on fashion, the campaign used monthly themed content created by influencers to highlight Amazon’s products on its owned channels. Due to its success, the collaboration expanded to include lifestyle, beauty, and home categories. Hiller Media Group provided support through creative sourcing, execution, and a streamlined delivery and feedback process, leading to significant engagement and sales growth for Amazon.

Company Goals

  • Enhance Brand Visibility: Increase Amazon’s presence in the fashion, home, and cross-category sectors through user-generated content (UGC).

  • Boost Customer Engagement: Foster greater interaction and loyalty among customers with engaging, themed UGC.

Our Approach

Creative Sourcing: To meet Amazon's goals, Hiller Media Group began with comprehensive client discussions to understand goals before curating a list of influencers and content creators who aligned with Amazon's brand values and target audience. We ensured that all creators presented met budget, timeline, and location constraints. The goal was to match a particular client aesthetic and select creators who could authentically represent Amazon’s diverse product range in fashion. As the campaign expanded, we iterated on this list to include creators specializing in lifestyle, beauty, and home products, ensuring a broad and relevant reach.

Execution Support: Our team facilitated communication between Amazon and the creators, overseeing the production process to maintain quality and consistency across all content. Monthly themes were tailored to reflect current trends, seasonal changes, and promotional events, ensuring content remained fresh and engaging.

Delivery & Feedback Process: The delivery process was streamlined to ensure timely submission of content. Our goal is to simplify as much as possible so that our clients can focus on their business. We collected all relevant creator information and consolidated invoicing + tax documents. Our team implemented a robust feedback loop where content was reviewed by our team and Amazon's marketing team. Any necessary revisions were communicated back to the creators promptly. This iterative process ensured that all content met Amazon's high standards before going live. Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions were held to assess the effectiveness of the content and make data-driven adjustments to future campaigns.
