- Talent Management: Manage a roster of creators across various platforms. Oversee all inbound and outbound brand deal negotiations, review and redline contracts, and ensure alignment with revenue goals and long-term creator growth.
- Campaign Execution: Serve as the bridge between talent and brand partners—owning the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategy and planning to creative coordination, timeline management, content deployment, performance tracking, and final reporting.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pitch new talent, develop outbound brand opportunities, and build strong relationships with agencies, partners, and potential collaborators across the industry.
- Influencer Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development of data-driven influencer strategies that align with client goals. Support campaign ideation, creator casting, content direction, and performance optimization to ensure best-in-class results across every partnership.
